Job Responsibilities

• Plan and control production processes to achieve the department’s targets and goals.

• Continuously improve and develop work processes within the department.

• Allocate manpower appropriately according to workload and production requirements.

• Prepare and report departmental performance results to supervisors on a regular basis.

• Monitor and ensure that production performance aligns with the objectives and standards set by the Production Department.

• Drive and implement production activities and improvement plans according to the established schedule.

• Supervise and ensure workplace safety within the production area.

• Ensure that all employees are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in risk-prone areas.

• Ensure that the company’s non-discrimination policy is effectively communicated and understood by all employees in the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields

• Experience in Production or as a Production Engineer (new graduates are also welcome to apply)

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Responsible, efficient, and able to complete assigned tasks with a positive attitude
