Job Responsibilities

• 1. Oversee and manage the company’s ISO system, including updating and developing it to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.

  2. Prepare and review documents related to the ISO system.

  3. Serve as an Internal Auditor and conduct internal audits according to the scheduled plan.

  4. Manage compliance to ensure alignment with standards such as SMETA, BSCI, CTPAT, and other relevant standards.

  5. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth auditing processes and adherence to standards.

  6. Prepare for external audits and compile audit reports.

  Monday – Alternate Saturday, 08:00 – 17:40

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in ISO systems or compliance-related work

  • Knowledge and skills in standard systems such as ISO 9001, SMETA, BSCI, CTPAT

  • Strong documentation and systematic data management skills

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Internal Auditor certification is a plus

  • Proficient in computer use and basic programs (Microsoft Office)
