Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the supply chain process for wooden furniture production, from raw material sourcing to product export.
• Develop production and distribution plans to meet delivery schedules and market demand, both domestically and internationally.
• Control inventory of raw materials such as wood, wooden boards, and assembly components, as well as finished goods, ensuring adequacy and appropriateness.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, production, warehouse, sales, and transportation departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Control costs and improve efficiency at all stages, such as waste reduction and productivity enhancement.
• Inspect product quality and transportation processes to meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Prepare reports, analyze supply chain data, and propose improvement strategies to management.
• Manage and develop the supply chain team to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 4–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Planning.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for communication with international partners.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning and management.
• Understanding of procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution systems.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, warehouse management, and production planning in both Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock systems.
• Ability to work in a multi-project environment and resolve issues quickly.
