Job Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the production process of furniture samples according to customer requirements.
- Supervise and manage the department team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of samples before delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve project goals.
- Develop and improve work processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years in R&D or a related role.
- Proven experience in product development and team management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD software, data analysis tools, and industry-specific applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Leadership and team development.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
- Age 28 years and above.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in furniture or product design.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with a good understanding of furniture design trends.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant programs.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
